Completion of post-secondary education (bachelors degree); translated and evaluated to U.S. equivalency by an approved credential evaluator with a GPA of 2.5 or higher. - 3-year undergraduate degrees earned outside the U.S. are accepted if an approved credential evaluator declares the degree equivalent to an earned U.S. bachelors degree. 2. English Language Proficiency: Applicants must demonstrate sufficient English language skills for admission into a JIU degree program by meeting one or more of the following criteria: - Test of English as a Foreign Language (link is external) (TOEFL®): Evidence of having scored at least 61 on the Internet-based Test (iBT™), 173 on the Computer-based Test (CBT), or 500 on the Paper-based Test (PBT).
