Show More The graduate program in school psychology at Fort Hays State University has a long history of preparing students for entry into the profession of school psychology. Upon completion of the program you will be eligible for licensure as a school psychologist in Kansas as well as other states. The Virtual College psychology program is designed for those who are not able to attend classes on campus. With only two-3 day advanced workshops on campus required, students can complete the program from their location. The Master's program is designed to be completed in four semesters, with the addition of two summer workshops. Upon completion of the Master's degree, students may apply to continue into the Education Specialist in School Psychology program. There are excellent job opportunities in the field of school psychology at the present time. Entry Requirements- Applicants should hold a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university. -Show a minimum grade point average of 2.50 (C plus) on the last 60 hours of undergraduate credit. (Departments may have a higher minimum grade point requirement average, so an applicant must check departmental admission requirements.) - Have adequate preparation in the area of specialization in the area of proposed study
