While a bachelor’s degree is the minimum requirement for most accountant and auditor positions, employers prefer applicants with a master's degree in accounting, or with a master's degree in business administration with a concentration in accounting. Public Accountant Entry Requirements1. Students must have a bachelor's degree with a major in business or a related discipline to be admitted to this MBA program.
