Show More CSU’s Bachelor of Theology (Honours) is designed to develop advanced research skills in theology and is a stepping stone to doctoral level research. Why study this course? CSU’s Bachelor of Theology (Honours) offers extensive supervision, a vibrant research culture and opportunities to present your work in progress and publish your findings. The course consists of a core subject (16 credit points), an elective (16 credit points) and a dissertation of 15,000 to 20,000 words (32 credit points). Across the degree you will learn to work under supervision and take up research in a specialised theological field. You will develop skills in theological methods, literature reviews, cogent and sustained argument, and clear, precise writing. The course is distinguished by its concentration on developing your research capacity under close tutelage by highly competent and dedicated supervisors. It is supported by excellent library facilities. Entry RequirementsApplicants to this course must have achieved either of the following: Been awarded or eligible to graduate with CSU's Bachelor of Theology A comparable degree from CSU or another institution and Attained grades of credit or better in the Level 2 and Level 3 subjects. Acceptance into the program will be subject to the approval of the Course Coordinator and is at the discretion of the Head of the School of Theology.
