Offered through the university's virtual campus, the Online M.S. in Mass Media Arts and Journalism is a 36-credit program designed with the goal of providing a thorough theoretical base, coupled with professional experiences and production, to enable students to work anywhere within the field of communication. Our master's program also provides a solid foundation for graduates seeking to further their education in a doctoral program. Clarion provides you with a broad foundation in your coursework including classes in writing, theory, research, and production that allows you to have a broad sense of the field. You will also pursue a thesis, internship, or portfolio option. Past graduates have gone on to careers in public relations, media management, corporate communications, journalism, broadcasting, and video production.
