What You’ll Learn The information technology degree with a concentration in network and telecommunications management gives career-oriented individuals a breadth of knowledge found only in focused IT programs. Where You Can Go According to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, the number of jobs available for network and computer systems administrators is expected to increase by 12 percent through 2020. The median annual wage for network and computer systems administrators was $72,560 in May 2012. A telecommunications and network degree will position you well for a career in these fields.
