Depending on the size of your company, you could be in charge of hiring employees, managing healthcare plans, handling payroll, and/or making sure your company follows all worker health and safety regulations. In addition, new kinds of human resource specialists will be needed. Companies will soon be hiring more employment mediators, for example, to ensure better negotiations between labor and management. Opportunities will be best for those who have a college degree and have earned certification. Successful human resource managers have a gift for establishing positive lines of communication and building trust between people.
