International applicants who receive their baccalaureate or higher degree from an accredited institution in the US, UK, Ireland, Canada, Australia, New Zealand or Africa (English speaking only) are not required to submit a TOEFL score.

The online Master of Science in Health Sciences (MSHS) in Emergency Medical Services Leadership is designed to provide advanced management education in an environment that encourages students to extend their leadership capabilities. The MSHS in EMSL degree is the first degree in the nation to provide an opportunity for students to gain broad managerial and leadership skills with a specialized expertise in emergency medical services. The program is focused on developing a range of leadership competencies with a focused application in strategic EMS systems management, leadership in organizations including theory, research and practice, economics, finance & educational theory pertinent to teaching and curriculum development.

The M.A. in Human Services Counseling program is ideal for individuals who are not seeking to become full-time mental-health professionals but frequently fulfill the role of "counselor"—such as teachers, emergency medical personnel, military personnel (especially senior enlisted service members), mentors, coaches, and supervisors. The M.A. in Human Services Counseling provides training and practice in interpersonal skills using a biblical framework and helps to position people for service in the community and church who are skillful and caring and who can help develop the spiritual and emotional well-being of those with whom they interact.

Master's applicants must:

Hold a B.A. or B.S. from a regionally accredited college or university. Desirable degrees include those in counseling, psychology, or related human behavioral fields. Other degree fields will also be considered.

Have a minimum of a 2.75 GPA for all undergraduate coursework (3.0 preferred).
