Show More The Bachelor of Science in technological entrepreneurship and management at Arizona State University delivers a foundation in technology-based innovation with an emphasis on leadership, entrepreneurship and management fundamentals, with a special focus on project leadership and process innovation and development. The program bridges the gap between technology and business for students who want to launch their own technology-based ventures, profit or non-profit, or prepare for a career in product/service design and development or technology management. TEM is a collaborative effort bringing together faculty from diverse programs focused on entrepreneurship and technological advances across campuses. Project Leadership prepares students for project management certification by the Project Management Institute. Process Innovation and Development provides a deep grounding in quality management, including Six Sigma. All courses required for Process Innovation and Development and Project Leadership are completed within the 120 hours required for the TEM degree. Students work individually and in virtual, collaborative project teams that may include students from other academic degree programs who have enrolled in TEM courses to complement their primary course of study. This cross-pollination mirrors the real-world, multi-disciplinary approach to solving complex technical challenges and developing high-impact, high-value products. Entry Requirements

Individual Review All students who don’t meet the above standards will be evaluated through a process called Individual Review. Through this process Undergraduate Admissions will review all available information about a student’s application, carefully considering all aspects of a student’s academic background and accomplishments. Submission of an ACT or SAT test score is highly recommended. In some cases, additional information might be requested.

The technology core is comprised of ten courses in electronics engineering, computer engineering and computer science. If proof of high school graduation is not on file by the first day of the term, a completed Transcript Request Form must be submitted by Day 8 of the first term. All students are required to establish participation as outlined in the Participation and Substantive Interaction Policy within seven (7) days of the term start date. Conditionally enrolled students must have their funding plan in place within seven (7) days of the term start date.
