The UNE Bachelor of Organisational Leadership brings together a highly structured, well-rounded program that concentrates on managerial issues ranging from quality assurance to organisational change, ethics and strategic planning. It also includes an advanced academic skills unit that helps students refine their writing and information literacy skills for tertiary study, as well as leadership units that are specially tailored to focus on social issues in a globalised world, resource management and organisational leadership and performance. Entry RequirementsA candidate shall have had appropriate administrative experience*; and hold a two year qualification or the equivalent of two years full-time study approved by the school. * Candidates will have at least three years' experience involving administrative responsibilities relevant to the award.
